 How we get the personal information and why we have it We collect this information from you to enable you to receive remote pastoral care. It will enable our team to contact you via phone, email, or in person to help meet your needs spiritually, physically, and pastorally. 

How we store your personal information Your information is securely stored digitally, it is encrypted and password protected.

Only members of the team with specific Data Protection and Pastoral Care training will have access to the data, for the purpose of fulfilling pastoral care in the church.

 We will keep your information for only as long as you are an active participant in the church community or until you request its deletion.Your data protection rights Under data protection law, you have rights including: Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
