I think we could all do with taking hold of this promise, I need to be restored and refreshed, some days am I weary down to my very soul, some days are harder than others, some days you wake up with the whole of life just crashing in. We need to let Gods word settle in our hearts “I will restore and refresh” we need to let God lead us to quiet waters and lay us down in green meadows.
