Pastor Comments-We sometimes forget that even though Satan is on this Earth it isn’t his and he has no authority to be here. His rightful place is in Heaven but he has chosen to give up his position and challenge the Lord. God’s Kingdom still reigns over everything, He holds the universe together and He alone determines it’s outcome.
- Background: Psalm 103 is a song of praise for God’s sovereignty and mercy. Verse 19 affirms His absolute authority over the universe.
- Explanation: God is in control, ruling from His heavenly throne. His dominion extends over all creation, ensuring nothing happens outside His authority.
- Application: In moments of chaos or doubt, remember God’s sovereignty. Rest in the fact that His rule is eternal and unshakable.
