I’m reminded of the pre chorus in my ‘Troubled Soul’ and that all our burdens arn’t physical but can be cerebral and spiritual, we can be sat quietly and still get in a mess. We have a God that looks after us in all of our three very different aspects to our being but we sometimes forget that our thoughts and our spirit also need a touch from the Lord, that healing comes in a verity of ways.
